CIOC is not responsible for the contents of any of its members' databases. You must contact the member organization directly if you have any concerns about the content of a CIOC database.
Use an Administrative Message Type if...
- you have questions related to CIOC policies, membership, or fees
- you want to arrange a CIOC demo for your organization
- you need to get the contact information for a CIOC Board member or information about the CIOC Board of Directors
- you aren't sure what category your message falls under
Use a Technical Message Type if...
- You have a general technical support question which is complicated by confidentiality issues
- You want to arrange private, pay-for-use technical consultation or training
Reminder: all general CIOC software support should be obtained through the CIOC Community Website. As a general rule, CIOC does not reset passwords or change the security permissions for users of CIOC databases. Please contact your local Super User regarding password changes or changes in permissions.
